AI Content Policy

This policy applies to photos submitted to Flying Roadster AI Car and videos made from them. The service creates a fictional car stunt from one image and a selected template. You do not need an account; each purchase is for one video delivered by a private email link.

Your image and permissions

Submit only an image you have the right to use for AI video generation. You must also have any necessary permission to use depicted characters, recognizable people and their likenesses, artwork, logos and other protected material. An image found online, or a generated image, is not automatically yours to use. Do not submit someone else's private or sensitive information. Our receipt of an image does not mean we have verified your rights or obtained permission from anyone depicted.

Content you may not submit or create

Do not use this service to make or share content that:

• is illegal or infringes another person's rights;
• is sexually explicit or exploits or endangers minors;
• harasses, threatens, discriminates against or promotes hatred of anyone;
• impersonates a real person or falsely suggests that a person, company or vehicle endorsed or took part in the stunt;
• presents an AI-generated stunt as real footage, a real vehicle test or an official Tesla demonstration.

Generated video and sharing

AI output can be inaccurate, non-unique or similar to other work. Check the car, motion, text and sound before sharing it. A generated video does not grant you copyright, exclusive rights or a license to someone else's photo, likeness, artwork or marks. Label shared videos as AI-generated and use any disclosure setting offered by the platform where you post them.

Reports and restrictions

We may decline a request or restrict access to content that violates this policy. To report harmful or infringing content, email support@flyingroadsterai.net with the order ID or private link, a short description and supporting evidence. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. If a request cannot be completed, the Refund policy applies.
